On Sunday February 4th, the Girl Scouts River Valleys participated in an educational and inspirational  journey as they team up with dedicated female electrician volunteers from the South Central MN Electrical JATC. Together, they dove into a hands-on learning experience, where the girls gained practical knowledge of essential electrical tools.

See the girls confidently bending conduit and wiring a light socket with a switch, all under the expert guidance of skilled professionals. These engaging workshops not only enrich the Girl Scouts’ skill set but also provide a fulfilling teaching experience for the electricians involved.

They stepped into a weekend program where learning and mentorship intertwined, aiming to plant a seed and grow the next generation of female talent in the electrical industry.

Join us in experiencing the joy of skill-building and mentorship in this enlightening session, as we work together to inspire the future leaders of the electrical field.
